Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Zen Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app or our website.

Not Medical Advice

Zen Space is not a medical provider. The content, including guided meditations, breathing exercises, affirmations, sleep preparation tools, relaxing audio, and wellness tips, is provided for general informational, relaxation, and personal wellness purposes only.

Zen Space is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental health condition, sleep disorder, anxiety disorder, panic disorder, or other medical condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

User Safety

You agree to use Zen Space only in environments that are safe for relaxation. You must not use breathing exercises, meditative audio, sleep audio, or any features that may induce relaxation or drowsiness while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.

Personal Use

Zen Space grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial relaxation and wellness purposes.

Audio Content and Intellectual Property

Zen Space contains curated and custom-produced audio experiences, including layered environmental mixes, processed ambience compositions, sound arrangements, and customized audio scenes created specifically for the Zen Space platform.

Some audio experiences may incorporate licensed royalty-free materials, original recordings, environmental layers, sound processing, embedded identification elements, and custom arrangement choices combined into unique wellness audio experiences.

Zen Space does not claim ownership over third-party source materials where such materials are used under license. However, Zen Space reserves all rights to its original compilations, arrangements, edited versions, processed mixes, audio scene structures, branding, interface design, and proprietary sound experience design.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, impersonation, false ownership claims, extraction of audio assets, or commercial reuse of Zen Space audio experiences may violate applicable intellectual property, license, and copyright laws.

To help protect intellectual property rights, certain audio assets may include internal identification methods, proprietary processing, embedded markers, unique layering patterns, or compositional structures intended to support ownership verification where permitted by law.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you may restore eligible previous purchases using the Restore Purchases option inside the app, provided you are using the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase.

Apple Standard EULA

If you download Zen Space from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at Apple Standard EULA.

Intellectual Property

All content included in Zen Space, such as text, graphics, logos, visual design, audio clips, sound mixes, guided sessions, interface elements, and software, is the property of Zen Space or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Zen Space at any time, including free or premium features, content, audio, or availability, where permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Space and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app, website, content, or services.
